From the time we receive your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 10 working days (but please wait 2 additional working days before querying your order).

Parcels will be dispatched either through Royal Mail or by courier, depending on the weight of the order. All courier deliveries will require a signature on receipt. A processing, postage and packaging charge is payable on all orders according to the size of the order. This charge will be calculated at the checkout stage of your order.
